It’s all about You!

In order for you to get the most out of my visit (in person or virtually), I need to get to know you. Your main health issues, your job, your family environment, your diet and lifestyle, what you do for fun etc. So we will start off with a 15 minute ‘getting to know you’ session before we start to ‘Detox your Home’.

The Heart of the Home

Yes, it’s time to take a look in the cupboards! The reason we start here is because Diet is arguably the most important element in restoring and maintaining good health. Yes Exercise, Rest and Supplementation are important and of course Stress Reduction is essential, but without a strong foundation built on a Diet that is right for you, it doesn’t matter how many kettlebell swings you do or how much sleep you get, you are still likely to struggle maintaining good health!

Well actually we’re going to start in your living area because good sleep starts way before you even get into bed! We’ll discuss lighting, evening routines and even some cutting edge items you can purchase to maximise your sleep quality and talk about how you can practically apply these things into your home environment without driving the family crazy!

Your lifestyle

We will finish off by talking about some practical tips for applying a solid D.R.E.S.S. based foundation into your home and if you want to take things to the next level, I will tell you a little about how I help individuals to truly take control of their health and stop the vicious cycle of chasing symptoms (read more about Functional Diagnostic Nutrition).

Get all the benefits of the basic Detox Your Home package over a virtual Skype link. You just need access to Skype and a tablet with a camera that you can carry around with you as required. So it doesn’t matter how far you are, or if you just don’t like the idea of meeting in person, you can start taking steps to improving your health and your environment straight away!
