Testing

This foundational 3 month package will give you an excellent insight into what it means to be your own health detective. The stress Functional Adrenal Stress Profile and Metabolic Assessment will provide us with a good understanding of how your body is currently able to respond to stress as well as providing us with an insight into the status of your Digestion, Detoxification and Anti-Oxidant capacity.

Consultation

After your initial 2 x 90 minute consultations where we will talk through your intake forms, practically applying D.R.E.S.S, review your test results and agree your protocol, you will then receive a further 3 hours of support (6 sessions) during the following weeks of the 3 month program. This will ensure you have all the support you need as you start to implement the protocol that we have agreed.

This regular contact will ensure that you are always moving forward towards your health goals. We will also discuss recommended additional testing if required following your Functional Adrenal Stress Profile and Metabolic Assessment results

Testing

This fantastic 6 month package will provide you with a deep dive into your quest to identify H.I.D.D.E.N stressors. As well as the Functional Adrenal Stress Profile and Metabolic Assessment, the Intestinal Permeability urine test will give us a snap shot into the integrity of your gut lining and through the GI Screening stool test, we'll be able to identify and start to remove any imbalances, infections or overgrowth in the gut.

Consultation

After your initial 2 x 90 minute consultations where we will talk through your intake forms, practically applying D.R.E.S.S, review your test results and agree your protocol, you will receive a further 6 hours (12 sessions) of support during the following weeks/months of the 6 month program. Additionally, you will have access to email support in between our sessions for any issues that need to be addressed promptly.

Remember, I want you to succeed in reaching your health goals so this regular contact will ensure that you are always moving forward towards your health goals. We will also start to discuss any further testing that might be beneficial once you are a good way in to applying your customised protocol.

Once you reach the end of your 6 month program, we will agree on the recommended next steps and decide how you want to proceed in your health journey.

This comprehensive 6 month package will ensure your toolbox is well and truly loaded! As well as the Functional Adrenal Stress Profile, Metabolic Assessment, Intestinal Permeability and GI Screening, we will run a comprehensive food sensitivity panel called the Mediator Release Test. By identifying and removing those foods that you are uniquely sensitive to, you give your body the best opportunity to rest and restore whilst you address any additional stressors which we have identified.

Additionally, you will have access to email support in between our sessions for any issues that need to be addressed promptly.
