A relaxed, insightful and informative 90 minute consultation. We will identify which areas of Diet & Lifestyle have the most potential to Kick Start YOUR health journey.
We will start off by discussing your main health complaints. This is important as I need to know what your underlying motivation are. This helps me to build a picture of hidden stressors which could derail your best efforts to take control of your health
Next we get to deep dive into the basics of the Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction and to a lesser extent supplementation.
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask any questions but if you require additional support after our consultation, individual consultations can be booked as required. Additionally, I offer minute bundles which are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. This means that you never need to feel on your own and you can always pick up the phone and get back on track at any time.
